EDEN INC. BERHAD, had invested in an offshore company in a British Virgin Islands known as Banesto Ventures Limited (incorporated on 8th January, 2010. The EDEN INC.BERHAD holds 50.1% shares and the Underwater World Langkawi Sdn Bhd holds the balance 49.9% shares of the Banesto Ventures Limited. Banesto Ventures Limited had formed a consortium with two Indian Companies, Entertainment World Developers Private Limited and Treasure World Developers Private Limited to bid for the modernization of Taraporewala Aquarium, Mumbai.
