Tan Sri Abd Rahim Mohamad, aged 59, the Executive Chairman of EDEN since 18 October 2002, graduated from University Malaya with B.A.(Hons), then went on to do his Advanced Studies in Economics at University of Manchester, and later earned an MBA in Finance from Morehead State University, Kentucky. He later attended Wharton’s Advance Management Course for Overseas Bankers. Tan Sri Abd Rahim Mohamad has extensive experience in various government ministries. As an Administrative and Diplomatic Service Officer, he served in various capacities in the Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Primary Industries and Ministry of Culture, Youth & Sports. He left the public sector in 1984 to join Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad. He also served in Shapadu Group and Maju Holdings. In 1992 he set up Zil Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. where he is also the Executive Chairman.

Puan Sri Fadzilah Md Ariff, aged 55, was appointed Executive Director of EDEN on 18 October 2002. She graduated with an Honours Degree in English from University of Malaya and went on to complete her Masters in Language and Linguistics at the University of York. She was a lecturer at University Teknologi Malaysia and later University Malaya prior to joining Zil Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. as its Managing Director in 1992. .

Dato' Abdullah A. Rasol, 58, is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants FCCA (UK) and is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia). He started his professional career in 1973 as an Audit Assistant with Coopers & Lybrand. His progress up the corporate ladder over a period of 18 years began during his tenure with several companies under Amanah Capital Berhad. He left his post as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Amanah General Insurance Berhad in November 2002 to join EDEN and now is its Director of Corporate Affairs.

Encik Nik Mohd Fuad Wan Abdullah, 42, is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA of Australian Society of Certified Public Accountant. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian National University. He started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young for 4 years prior to joining Zil Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. in 1992 as Finance Manager. In line with the corporate exercise in 2002 involving Zil and EDEN, he was absorbed into EDEN as the Director of Finance before being appointed as Director of Energy Sector.

Mr. Ting Kam Cheong, 56, is a graduate from Bradford University, United Kingdom. He holds an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has more than 5 years experience in Corporate Finance in Public Companies and more than 15 years experience in the Electrical Engineering field. He is the founder member of Time Era Sdn. Bhd. and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Time Era is now a member of EDEN Group of Companies.

Puan Fara Nadia Abd Rahim, 31, is a graduate from King’s College of London. She graduated with First Class Honours in Electronic Engineering in 2002. She joined EDEN in October 2002 as Manager of Operations and currently she is General Manager of Group Finance and Business Development.

Encik Kamil Izlan, 29, graduated from the University of Melbourne Australia in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing & Management. He began his career as an Account Executive at Formis Computer Services Sdn. Bhd. in 2003, where he was subsequently promoted to Account Manager. He then joined EDEN in 2005 as Franchise & Operations Manager and currently he is the General Manager of Food & Beverage and Tourism Sector.

Encik Shahrin Shafie, 33, holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons.) in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia majoring in Management and has accumulated 9 years of experience working as a Human Resource practitioner. His last appointment prior to joining EDEN was Group Human Resources Manager with Cepco Group of Companies, a group of companies manufacturing plastic and electronic products. He joined EDEN in 2008 and is currently Manager of Human Resource and Administration Division.
